Regarding the question of “Right to Carry” a firearm, why doesn’t someone run down the statistics? What % of arrests involving a firearm are of people with the right to carry, except for those carrying into a place where it says “no firearms”? That is, those arrested for USING a gun impropery, what % are licensed to carry?
